Get ready to rock out with Beach Fossils tickets through TicketSmarter! Beach fossils is an American indie rock band based out of Brooklyn, New York. Created in 2009, Beach Fossils quickly became known for their confessional and nostalgic lyrics, laid-back vocals, and distinctive sound.
Their self-titled debut album, Beach Fossils, was released in 2010 following their tour across the United States. The record was met favorably, but it wasn't until the 2013 release of their second album, Clash of Truth, that the band received their deserved recognition.
The record peaked at No. 40 on the Independent Albums chart, and many of the hit singles from the album have become staples for Beach Fossils concerts. Beach Fossils tickets grew in demand with live performance lineups of hit songs "Carless," "Generational Synthetic" and "Sleep Apnea."
Following their tours, Beach Fossils went on a brief hiatus. During their hiatus, the band appeared in several episodes of the popular HBO show Vinyl. In early 2016, Beach Fossils reunited and began working on their third album. The album, Somersault was released in 2017.
That same year, Beach Fossils released the hit single "Silver Tongue." They announced that profits raised for the song would go to organizations spreading awareness about LGBTQ rights, women's rights, equality, and climate change.
After the release of Somersault, Beach Fossils spent much of the remaining year touring in the United States and Europe. They performed at the Coachella Music Festival and the Second Annual Posty Fest in 2019.
2020 was a big year for Beach Fossils and marked the 10th anniversary of their self-titled album. As a result, the band released a 10th-anniversary edition to celebrate this important milestone that included the previously unreleased single, "Time."
