Beach Weather is known for its unique signature sound that combines elements of pop rock, punk rock and country music.

Santino was born in Braintree in 1988 and showed an interest in music at an early age. He learned to play the piano and guitar as a boy and performed in a number of small bands while in high school. In 2006, Nick Santino founded the band A Rocket to the Moon, with whom he released the albums On Your Side and Wild & Free.

Following the breakup of A Rocket to the Moon in 2006, Santino launched his project Beach Weather. Though initially a solo project, the artist eventually recruited additional members after playing the Free for All Tour alongside the country rock band, The Maine. In the wake of the release of Beach Weather’s EPs What A Drag and Chit Chat, they toured with several notable rock bands such as Sleeping with Sirens.
