Indie pop band COIN has its origins in Nashville and was formed in 2012 by Belmont University students Chase Lawrence, Ryan Winnen, Joe Memmel and Zachary Dyke. Their light, frothy style overlaid with '80s style synthesizer has found a willing audience amongst indie fans and when they broke into the Billboard Indie Charts reviews acknowledged that they were destined to break the Nashville. Their self-titled debut album broke into the influential Billboard Heatseekers Chart at number 21 but failed to make it into the mainstream.

Two years later their second album, 'How Will You Know If You Never Try', fared better in the charts, reaching number two in the Billboard Heatseeker listing and the lower echelons of the mainstream chart at number 177. "Simple Romance" was released in 2018. Their third single, "Cemetery" was released in November 2018. "I Want it All", their fourth single was released in January of 2019. The album 'Indigo Violet' debuted in 2020. They released two albums in 2021, 'Green Blue' and 'Red Orange'. "How It Feels" and "Sagittarius Superstar" featuring Faye Webster are singles from each album respectively.

The How Will You Know If You Never Try Tour took place from 2017-18. Paradise of Thought Tour occurred during 2019. The Dreamland Tour was supposed to take place in 2020 but was rescheduled to 2021. Grab your Coin tickets now to see them live in your city!
