She has been making records since she was young in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. She was the first part of the band Twilight Hotel, which has been nominated for numerous Juno Awards. The band was lucky enough to tour all across North America and most of Europe. After that, Zdan relocated to Austin, Texas for a few years until she settled down in Nashville, Tenn. She toured around with such acts as Ruby Boots and The Trishas before finally branching out on her own in 2015.
Zdan released her debut self-titled solo album to critical acclaim. She released her follow-up album, Secretear, which had the hit song “Wild Fire,” in 2018. Three years later, she released her smash album, Falcon. She has infused her rock roots with amazing pop ballads with her unique sonic palette.
