Known first for his work with Yellow Brick Road, or YBR, Dolyniuk made a name for himself with knowledge of a variety of instruments, primarily the piano. Dolyniuk first made his career playing in piano bars, where he would eventually move on to forming the Elton John tribute band YBR in 2004. The group became a staple in Las Vegas’ music scene for several years, before eventually moving on to other projects.
Dolyniuk also began working on other major tribute projects, such as working with Windborne Music’s touring tributes to perform the likes of Queen, The Who and U2. Other self-produced works of Dolyniuk includes the Symphonic Rockshow, intended to be a much larger symphonic tribute project. The Rockshow seeks to bring the likes of Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd and The Who to symphonic rock. The group features a 21 piece orchestra, occasionally made larger when joined by members of YBR or other projects.
