Come to a celebration of some of today’s favorite music with Down The Line tickets. The Down the Line Legends by Locals tribute concert series features up-and-coming bands paying homage to the artists that inspire them with great performances of the biggest acts of today and yesteryear.
Local acts that have performed in the past include The Eliza Toth Band, who performed in tribute to Dolly Parton, The Shelly Dixon Band paying homage to the music of Fleetwood Mac and the duo of Marnee August and Moser Woods playing their favorite Led Zeppelin songs. More than a dozen tribute shows have been produced in the series. Enjoy a tribute show with Down The Line tickets. Eliza Toth’s voice has been compared to Heart’s Ann Wilson, Grace Slick and Alannis Morissette. Her debut album, Trailblazer, was released on June 26, 2021.
Shelly Dixon is the frontwoman and lead singer for The Shelly Dixon Band. The band, which formed in 2000, was an immediate success, winning a Whammy Award for Best New Artist and for the group’s debut album, Drive. Fort Wayne groove band trio Moser Woods, who has collaborated with artists such as Rusted Root, Keller Williams and Dark Star Orchestra now teams up singer, songwriter and guitarist Marnee August, who has appeared numerous times on television. Her cover of “That’s The Way” by Led Zeppelin received airplay on local radio station WXKE for several months.
