The Arizona State University Spring Choral Showcase is the annual spring concert for the student groups the Canticum Bassum, the Sol Singers and the ASU Concert Choir. The Canticum Bassum, formerly called the ASU Arizona Statesmen, is an ensemble of tenors and basses featuring both non-music majors and music majors. The group’s purpose is to sing as well as to socialize. The ensemble's repertoire ranges from challenging to entertaining and rehearsals are supportive and foster respect and support.
The Sol Singers are a choir of sopranos and altos in an atmosphere of inclusion and foster friendship and community. The focus is on music reading, technique and musical expression. Two concerts are put on by the Sol Singers each semester.
