In 2011 Pinette dropped the project's first full-length album, Le Fleuve en huile, featuring “A l’abri (dans l’bois)” and more early songs. He saw a breakthrough with his 2013 sophomore album, Mitan, boasting fan favorites like “Calfeutrer les failles” and “Chanson d’amour en sol standard” setting the way for his 2015 album, Panorama. The 2015 album landed him a nomination for French Songwriter of the Year at the Canadian Folk Music Awards while its single “Jolie Anne” earned him a nod for the SOCAN Songwriting Prize. The singer-songwriter saw even further critical acclaim in 2017 for his album Desherbage, which landed a major nomination at the JUNO Awards for Francophone Album of the Year and two Prix Felix nominations.
