He has played on and off with Mötley Crüe over the years, established other groups - Methods of Mayhem; Ozzfest; Rock Star Supernova - and performed with several other acts such as Richard Marx, Ron Zombie and Courtney Love.
His first solo album, 'Never a Dull Moment', went to number 39 on the Billboard 200 in 2002. He released 'Tommyland: The Ride' in 2005 and the track 'Good Times' featuring singer-guitarist Butch Walker reached number 95 on Billboard's Hot 100. The album 'Trans Genres' was released in 2020.
