Waterdogs LC Lacrosse Tickets
Get ready to witness top-tier athleticism with Waterdogs LC tickets. Waterdogs LC, short for Waterdogs Lacrosse Club, is a professional men’s field lacrosse team. They compete within the Premier Lacrosse League, which was formed in 2019. The Waterdogs are the first expansion team from the league created in 2020. Their team colors are purple, black and gray, and the club's inaugural head coach was Andy Copelan.
The Waterdogs select players through three distinct drafts: an expansion draft, college draft and new entry draft which features transfers from Major League Lacrosse. Notable players drafted by the Waterdogs include Ben Reeves, Ryland Rees and Matt DeLuca.
In their inaugural season, the Waterdogs recorded mixed results. Early losses were close, however, and toward the end of the year, the team achieved an upset victory against Chaos LC. In 2021, they fared much better, with player Zach Currier earning the Gait Brothers Midfielder of the Year Award and Andy Copelan earning the Dick Edell Coach of the Year Award. How much are Waterdogs tickets?
Waterdogs tickets can vary depending on the league that it is being played in as well as when the game is held within the season. NCAA lacrosse tickets can start at $5. Season tickets are also available and can start at $25. Tickets to an NLL lacrosse game can start at $10 and season tickets can cost several hundred dollars. On average, MLL tickets can fall in the range of $20-$50. Tickets for lacrosse at any level may increase in price towards the end of the season.
Waterdogs Dates & Lacrosse Schedule
The dates of Waterdogs games follow the schedule of the NLL, MLL or NCAA, depending on the league. The average NLL season runs from mid-December to April, the MLL normally plays from April to August and the NCAA season is played from February to May.
