In 2006, Johnson continued to reach mainstream success with the Curious George soundtrack, Sing-A-Longs and Lullabies for the Film Curious George. The album topped the Billboard music charts, making it the first soundtrack to do so since 2003. Johnson is well known for pairing his grounded lyrics with his laid-back acoustic guitar playing. He has credited Jimi Hendrix, Bob Dylan and Ben Harper as some of his main musical influences.
