Games are played in a round of best-of-seven games with the first two games played at the baseball stadium that has been designated the home team. Home field advantage is based on which team has the better overall season unless that team was in the Wild Card then the opposing team will be deemed the home team. Wild Card teams are not permitted to have a home-field advantage due to current MLB Postseason rules. After a travel day, both teams will play three games at the opposing stadium.
