Minor League Baseball Tickets

Get ready to see the future stars of Major League Baseball with your MiLB tickets from TicketSmarter. Minor League Baseball is the organization of professional minor league teams that are affiliated with Major League Baseball teams. The MiLB is made up of four levels of baseball that have their own individual leagues. Prior to 2021, the leagues all featured unique names and fit into the Triple-A, Double-A, Class A, Rookie Advanced and Rookie classifications. Major League Baseball realigned the minor league teams, leagues and classifications in early 2021 with 120 teams evenly split into the Triple-A, Double-A, High-A and Low-A classifications.

The Triple-A level of Minor League Baseball is made up of two leagues, the Triple-A East and Triple-A West. Triple-A is the highest classification of the MiLB and the players competing at that level are usually on the cusp of making it to the major leagues. The Double-A, High-A, and Low-A levels of the minor leagues are each made up of three leagues. Various Rookie and Partner independent baseball leagues such as the Arizona League, American Association, Frontier League and Pioneer league also exist outside of the MiLB hierarchy. How much are MiLB tickets?

MiLB tickets at the Triple-A level will generally start at prices around $20. The average price of Triple-A baseball tickets will usually be in the $30 to $40 range. Tickets for Double-A, High-A and Low-A minor league games will typically be cheaper than Triple-A games. Similar to major league ballparks, seats located behind home plate are considered the best seats and will fetch a higher price. Fans looking for cheap Triple-A tickets should check out seats near or in the outfield as those will be the least expensive options.

MiLB Game Schedule

The MiLB schedule will vary depending on the classification of each league and team. Teams competing in the Triple-A East and Triple-A West leagues will play 142 regular season games throughout the season. Teams at the Double-A, High-A and Low-A levels will play a 120-game regular season. Triple-A teams will typically begin their seasons in early April, while teams in the other classifications will start the season in early May. All levels of Minor League Baseball will schedule multiple games a week throughout the summer and leading into early fall.
