The CONCACAF Nations League is an international soccer tournament that is governed by CONCACAF. The tournament features the men’s national teams from the countries that fall under the jurisdiction of CONCACAF. The tournament was created in 2017 and the first edition of the tournament began with qualifying in September of 2018. Group league play for the first tournament took place the following year from September to November of 2019, which was followed by the CONCACAF Nations League Finals in June of 2021.
The CONCACAF Nations League format will consist of A, B and C leagues. The A league is separated into four groups of three teams, with the top team from each competing in the CONCACAF Nations League Finals. The B and C leagues will also compete in group play with the winner earning a promotion into the higher league. In total, 41 CONCACAF national soccer teams will compete in the tournament.
