Don Felder is an American singer, songwriter, and musician best known for being a guitarist for The Eagles from 1974 to 2001. He is a self-taught musician from Florida who was inspired by Elvis's performance on the Ed Sullivan Show as a young boy. Felder has come a long way since teaching himself how to play guitar as a child. He’s toured all across the globe with The Eagles, written and performed for other musicians and artists and was inducted into the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum in 2016.

With Felder's arrival and a new lineup change, The Eagles saw great success in the 70s. They released their album Hotel California which became an international bestseller. Off of that 1976 album, Felder co-wrote the title track, “Hotel California,” and “Victim of Love.” This album, with the help of Felder, helped define the band’s California rock sound.

When The Eagles dissolved, Felder focused his time on his own solo career and working with other artists. He made session appearances with Diana Ross, Barbra Streisand and Andy Gibb. Felder also did the guitar work for Stevie Nick’s first two solo albums.
