The four members include Jake Brownstein (guitar), Dani Battat (keyboard), Alex Bailey (drums), and Mike Goodman (bass). All of the musicians contribute to vocals for the group as well. Battat, Goodman and Brownstein were all friends at Amity High School and added Bailey to the lineup a bit after starting the band. Their jams are known for their grooves and thoughtful songwriting. The band even built a recording studio in their shared basement, that was aptly known as “The Egg Crate.” The group has performed at festivals like the Peach Music Festival and opened for other talents like Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Twiddle and Spafford.

Eggy has an extensive discography that consists of singles like the 2020 releases “Home Is Where the Dog Lives” and “Northern Lights.” They also have several studio albums under their belt, like Watercolor Days that was released in 2019, following it up with Egg Crate After Hours a couple of years later in 2021.
