Hear a unique punk rock/heavy metal fusion with Exhumed tickets. Exhumed was born in 1990 when singer and guitarist Matt Harvey decided to create a new kind of music blending punk, metal and industrial elements. Harvey released a series of demos and EPs while still a teenager before recruiting early members Rocky Torrecillas, Peter Rossman and Col Jones.

The band then underwent a handful of lineup changes before recording their debut album Gore Metal in 1998. Though the album did not have the production quality known to their later works, its unique vision nevertheless inspired a number of bands that went on to play in the “deathgrind” genre the group had created.

The success of Gore Metal saw Exhumed tour widely in the US and on the festival circuit, and they recorded two more albums in the early 2000s before continued lineup changes led to a brief hiatus. Compelled to further fulfill his vision of brutal and unadorned metal music, Harvey reformed the band in 2010 to record the album All Guts, No Glory.
