Later that year, One Direction tickets went on sale for their first headlining UK tour titled the Up All Night Tour. Soon after the tour, the group made its North American tour debut as the opening act for fellow boy band Big Time Rush.

One Direction’s international success continued to climb with the release of their second album, “Take Me Home,” which featured the hit song ‘Little Things.’ The group released the third album “Midnight Memories” in 2013, which holds one of the group’s most popular songs ‘Best Song Ever.’ The track is one of the group’s most successful hits and became One Direction’s highest-charting U.S. single.

The group dropped their fourth album, “Four,” in 2014. This was the last album that featured Zayn Malik. Malik chose to leave One Direction while on the band’s On The Road Again Tour. One Direction released one album after Malik’s departure titled “Made in the A.M.” After the release of the album in 2015, the group disbanded for a hiatus to pressure solo projects. While One Direction hasn’t produced new music in recent years, the group still hasn’t officially broken up and rumor has it that they will reunite to celebrate their 10th anniversary.
