The 3M Open is held at TPC Twin Cities, a private golf club in Blaine, Minn., outside Minneapolis. It was designed by Arnold Palmer and Tom Lehrman as an 18-hole championship golf course. It is a member of the Players Club operated by the PGA Tour and hosted the 3M Championship event from 2001 until 2018.
