Quentin Talley directs Soulful Noel. Talley is the founder of OnQ and is a recipient of the Leadership U Fellowship award funded by The Andre Mellon Foundation. He graduated from Winthrop University and is an accomplished director, producer, poet, and actor. His directing credits include Day of Absence, Rhyme Deferred and In the Blood.  Tim Scott Jr. is the musical director for Soulful Noel. Scott, a Buffalo N.Y., native, is the founder of Music Everywhere a program dedicated to preserving and enhancing Charlotte’s music scene. He has more than 15 years of experience as a touring artist, manager and event producer. These two fabulous creators have put together a Christmas show like no other that audiences can only see live with Soulful Noel tickets.
