Celebrate the sounds of folk-rock with Adam Hood tickets. Adam Hood is a musician and singer-songwriter from Alabama. He is known for writing songs in the style of roots rock, Americana and folk music.
Born and raised in Opelika, Hood showed a gift for music at an early age. He learned to write songs and play guitar as a teenager, releasing his debut album 21 to Enter in 2002. By 2007 he had been signed to Little Dog Records, through which he released his critically acclaimed studio debut Different Groove. Different Groove featured production by Pete Anderson and garnered praise for its intelligent songwriting and confessional lyrics. Later that year, Hood opened for well-known blues singer Taylor Hicks. He went on to make celebrated appearances at events like Diversafest and the Austin City Limits Music Festival.
In 2011 Hood released the music video for his hit single “Hell of a Fight,” which made it into the top five on Country Music Television’s Today’s Top Videos. As his reputation grew, the singer-songwriter went on to tour with high-profile artists such as Pat Green, Leon Russell and Ian Moore.
