A few years after releasing his second album Fight For Your Mind, Harper met the soon-to-be chill icon Jack Johnson and helped secure a producer for Johnson’s first album. Jack Johnson opened for Ben Harper on Harper’s 2001 tour and the two have shared a stage many times since.
