After recording Where I Belong in California and using some favorite musicians such as Booker T Jones, Jack Ashford, and Jay Bellerose rounding out the band; this folk/country soul album was released to critical acclaim. Bazini's album Where I Belong topped the charts in Canada and was certified platinum with more than 100,000 copies sold in under a year making it Canada's biggest album in 2014. After that, Bazini performed at the Montreal International Jazz Festival which had a total attendance of around 60,000 people -proving yet again how popular he is not only locally but internationally as well.
