They quickly gained attention and embarked on two full U.S. tours in 2006 to promote their first full-length album, The Four Trees (2007).

Caspian's sound evolved with subsequent releases, including their sophomore album Tertia (2009), which they supported with a world tour that took them to venues and festivals across the globe, including a memorable stop at the Qiangyun Music Festival in China. Caspian continued to push their sonic boundaries with Dust & Disquiet (2015), a pivotal album that saw the introduction of vocals for the first time in their music. Tracks like "Sad Heart of Mine" and "Castles High, Marble Bright" became favorites, showcasing an ability to merge instrumental roots with a more dynamic storytelling approach.
