The resulting exposure saw Farren collaborate heavily with high-profile punk rocker Jeff Rosenstock, with whom he released the critically acclaimed EP Soulmate Stuff. In 2014 Farren released an album of original punk rock Christmas songs titled Like a Gift from God or Whatever, which featured a slew of notable artists including Mae Whitman, Laura Stevenson and Sean Bonnette.
