In 2006 Plesh left the band and Ross Michael Kenyon took over vocals as the band transitioned from deathcore into metalcore.

Confide released their first full-length album in 2008 entitled Shout the Truth through Science Records. The band broke up in 2010 only to rejoin a few years later and release their third album All is Calm in 2013. After a short tour, the group went off to join separate projects.
