The governor of Louisiana appointed Augustine to the Lousiana Council for the “Success of Black Men and Boys” in 2021, the first rapper to ever be appointed in the state.
Augustine graduated from Ben Franklin High School, where he excelled at basketball and was named homecoming king as a senior. He started rapping while attending LSU and soon was giving public performances. After graduating in 2008, he released three mixtapes while teaching math in middle school.

He has performed with acts such as Lil Wayne, Lupe Fiasco, Drake and The Roots. He was named Artist of the Year at the NOLA Underground Hip Hop Awards in October 2010.
