Rock out with Denizen tickets from TicketSmarter. Denizen sparked to life in 2011 between two cousins. These cousins were Pete Vale and Dave Schafer. For Dave and Pete, Denizen started as a creative outlet to express themselves and deal with the stress of living in New York City. By 2012, Denizen had grown and added new members. James Gettinger became the keyboardist, and Ben Selznick came in as the drummer. The last member to join was Andrew Wilkes as the bassist. Denizen was still a creative outlet for those involved, but that was soon to change. By 2013, Denizen had moved on from only doing covers and started writing their own music. 2013 was also the year that Denizen played its first live show.
After that first show, Denizen soon became a name in both the New York City music scene, but also the East Coast music scene. Denizen tickets were available all along the East Coast. Denizen has played at several venues including Brooklyn Bowl, Webster Hall, and Bowery Ballroom. Although the members have changed throughout the years, Denizen released its first album Afterglow in 2019. The members of Denizen that recorded the album were Dave Schafer, Pete Vale, Rashid Galadanci, Ross Procaccio, Eric Launer and Dylan Defeo.
