Whether it has been held at the Manhattan Center Studios or Jazz at Lincoln Center—Fame provides outstanding opportunities to perform before large audiences across America filled with passion by these performances leaving their mark on each and every audience member. 

The three core philosophies underlie the foundation of each event: encourage innovation, inspire creativity and reward excellence. Rules are important to ensure fair competition, but should never stifle artistic expression from their participants, otherwise, it would be like a blank canvas with no color or variety.

Past champions have been Grosse Pointe South High School, Uniondale High School and Los Alamitos High School. Six qualifying events take place each year in such major cities as Hollywood, Orlando,New York and Chicago. The top three mixed show choirs from each division during each event will be invited to participate during the last weekend in April for the National Show Choir Finals.
