Finneas or Finneas Baird O’Connell is a singer-songwriter, record producer, musician, actor and older brother of singer Billie Eilish. He has written and produced for a variety of artists and has released several singles as a solo artist. His debut EP, Blood Harmony was released in 2019 and included his most successful song to date, Let’s Fall in Love for the Night. The musician is the lead singer and songwriter of the band The Slightlys, which played the Warped Tour in 2015. As an actor, Finneas is probably best known for his role as Alistair on the Fox musical-comedy Glee and has starred in Life Inside Out in 2013. At the age of 12, he began writing and producing songs after taking a songwriting class. Finneas credit the experience from playing characters as what helps him write music. The producer writes for his younger sister, Billie Eilish, highlighting her perspective and her vocal range. He co-wrote and produced Eilish’s debut studio album, which debuted atop the US and UK charts. He won the Grammy Award for Producer of the Year, Record of the Year and Album of the Year in 2020.
