Fobia Concert Tickets
Get your pass to rock out with Fobia tickets through TicketSmarter! Initially formed in 1987, Fobia was one of several bands that emerged from the Rock en Tu Idioma boom in the late 1980s. They amassed a large following in America and released their first album, Phobia, in 1990. Several tracks from the album, including "La Iguana," "El Microbito" and "El Crucifijo," were considered instant-classics.
Fobia's second album, Mundo Feliz, was released the following year and featured a cameo from the popular Mexican pop and rock artist Alejandra Guzmán. The album became known for its hit singles, "El Diablo" and "Camilla." The demand for Fobia tickets grew in the early and mid-1990s with the release of their albums Leche and Amor Chiquito.
Following the release of Fobia's live album, Fobia on Ice, the group disbanded in 1997. However, after a brief hiatus, the band was reunited in 2004 and released their fifth album, Rosa Venus, soon after. Fobia quickly rose to popularity again while touring Latin America and the U.S. and opening for notable bands like the Rolling Stones.
In 2011, Fobia performed at one of the most prominent music festivals in Latin America, Vive Latino – Festival Iberoamericano de Cultura Musical. The following year, they released another successful album, Destruye Hogares. For the band's 30th anniversary in 2019, Fobia performed in El Palacio de Los Deportes with 17,000 fans. Their most recent album, Pastel, was released in March of that same year. With a steadfast mix of fans, their music still generates a large following.
