Gabriel Kahane Concert Tickets
Enjoy a night of relaxing classical with Gabriel Kahane tickets. Gabriel Kahane is a composer and singer-songwriter from California. Kahane was born in Venice Beach in 1981 to a musical family, as his father Jeffrey was an accomplished pianist. He began learning to play guitar as a boy, going on to attend the New England Conservatory. Kahane would later transfer to Brown University to study music, where he wrote a musical.
Kahane released his self-titled debut album in 2008 through Family Records, earning positive reviews for his sophisticated musicianship and wistful vocals similar to artists like Rufus Wainwright and Sufjan Stevens. In 2011 he released his sophomore effort Where Are The Arms through StorySound Records, which featured longtime collaborators Rob Moose and Matt Johnson. Kahane found the most success, however, through his 2014 album The Ambassador, which earned rave reviews from publications like Rolling Stone, Vogue and The New Yorker. The single “Empire Liquor Mart” was selected as one of NPR Music’s Favorite Songs of the Year.
Kahane has also enjoyed a successful career in theatre. The play he wrote in college, Straight Man, won an award at the Kennedy Center American Theater Festival. Snag Gabriel Kahane tickets here for your chance to see this multi-talented artist up close and in person.
