In 2016, Grimes collaborated with Hana in 'The Ac!d Reign Chronicles', which saw both artists in seven videos of their own respective songs, with Grimes' installments including 'Butterfly', 'World Princess Part II', 'Belly of the Beat' and 'Scream'. Two years later, she collaborated with Janelle Monáe once again on Monáe's track 'Pynk' and then on Bring Me the Horizon's 'Nihilist Blues'.
