The Oregon Children’s Theater was founded in 1988 in an effort to provide a space for young actors to learn and perform together. Located in Portland, Ore., these young children have the chance to engage in classes and workshops, all preparing them for a live performance. The Young Professionals Company within Oregon Children’s Theater is an elite, audition-only group of students, ages 14 and older, who perform full-scale productions and engage in high levels of theatrical instruction. Their production, Impulse, will have audiences laughing out loud, as they enjoy the talent and energy of these young actors.
