Ross Robertson Cup during the 1898-1899 season.
In 1945, the junior team that would become the Kingston Frontenacs was formed. The original name was the Kingston Victorias. They took on the name Kingston Frontenacs in 1952 until 1973 when it was changed to the Kingston Canadians. In 1988, they briefly changed the name to the Kingston Raiders. And in 1999, the Kingston Frontenacs name was again chosen.
