Klo Pelgag is the artist name for Chloe Pelletier-Gagnon, a Canadian singer-songwriter known for her pop songs which often incorporate orchestral compositions. She was born in 1990 in Quebec and got her music career started when she performed at various music contests in and around the city. In 2012 Pelletier-Gagnon released her self-titled EP, which quickly met critical acclaim for its musical technicality and sophisticated composition. The artist then released her debut album the following year, L'Alchimie Des Monstres. L’Alchimie Des Monstres earned a nod for the Juno Award for Francophone Album of the Year. 

Pelletier-Gagnon’s burgeoning reputation for masterful songwriting earned her a 2014 Felix Award for New Artist of the Year, as well as a nomination for the SOCAN Songwriting Prize. Later that year she received the SOCAN Breakout Award in Montreal. Pelletier-Gagnon then released her 2016 album L'Etoile Thoracique, which saw the artist claim the Prix Felix for Female Singer of the Year. She often collaborates with her brother Mathieu Gagnon, a composer and arranger noted for his work with the group Flore Laurentienne.
