Spaltro started writing music in 2007 as she handled the storeroom of Bart & Greg’s DVD Explosion. After finishing her closing shift, she would work on music until morning. Lady Lamb's first album was only distributed from Bullmoose Record Store in Brunswick within Spaltro’s handmade packaging. With a tattoo of her home state of Maine on her arm, Spaltro moved to Brooklyn in 2010 to find a bigger audience for her music. As part of her transition, Spaltro changed her name from Lady Lamb the Beekeeper to just Lady Lamb. In 2012, she started working with producer Nadim Issa and they together created her debut album in 2013, Ripely Pine.

With an enchanting voice that varies in power and tone at whim, Lady Lamb tickets have become a hot item as the talented solo artist grows. Spaltro would follow up her debut with the sophomore release After in 2015. Fans flock to Lady Lamb for her amazing delivery on songs like “You Are The Apple” where she handles multiple duties on vocals and guitar.
