In 1995, the band toured the United States and recorded for the first time in America. The band released the hugely successful Pampas Reggae album in 1994, which included the hit single “Mucha Experiencia”.
In 1997, they appeared on two separate tribute albums to The Police: one was a reggae tribute, the other, a Latin tribute. With each successive release, they continued to grow their audience at home and abroad. Los Pericos toured South America and North America to adoring audiences and released successful albums such as Mystic Love (1998), 7 (2005), Pura Vida (2008), and Soundamerica (2016).
