Enjoy fast-paced lacrosse with Loyola women’s lacrosse tickets. The Greyhounds represent Loyola University, located in Baltimore, Md., in NCAA Division I women’s lacrosse. The Greyhounds have competed in the Patriot League since 2013. Home games are held at the Ridley Athletic Complex, which can accommodate 6,000.

Women’s lacrosse was first played at Loyola in 1973 with head coach Raynette Fiorentino, with the team first competing in the U.S. Women’s Lacrosse Association Division II. Other landmarks for the team include then head coach Betsy Fair leading the team in 1975 to 8-1-2, marking the program’s first winning season.

She guided the team as the team moved to the Association of Intercollegiate Athletics for Women Division II in 1981 and then to NCAA Division I competition in 1983, leading the team to straight NCAA Tournament appearances.

The program has experienced much success, with the team having over a dozen regular-season conference championships as well as more than 10 conference tournament championships. In the postseason, the team has made more than 20 NCAA Tournament appearances and played in more than five Final Fours. In 1997, the Greyhounds played in their first NCAA Championship Game.
