They have developed a unique rock sound infused with elements of various international genres from cumbia and psychedelic rock to American roots and spoken word.

Following their self-produced debut EP Aguardiente, the group teamed up with Steve Berlin of Los Lobos who produced their first full-length album, A La Deriva, featuring songs like “Cuna de Vida” that started turning heads. 2013 set them apart from the rest with their powerful lyrics centering on the struggles of an immigrant family meeting a sound channeling everything from Jimi Hendrix to The Talking Heads, demanding the attention of listeners. They have collaborated with a number of popular artists including Las Cafeteras on “Montana” and Flor de Toloache on “Amore De Mis Amores” in 2018. They joined forces with both acts again and more on their 2019 album, ameri’kana, which also saw multiple appearances from Ruben Blades.
