Coming from a musical background, his grandparents were opera singers in Los Angeles and as a child he was trained in classical and jazz. His first album was the 2012 self-release 'Pieces'. His emotive songs found a dedicated audience in the Netherlands where he toured and appeared as a guest judge on 'X-Factor' and his single 'With You' later became a theme song on a Netherlands TV soap opera.
His second album 'Catch and Release' was written over the course of just three weeks in 2015. The title single was a hit around the world earning platinum and gold discs in several countries. In 2018 he released the single 'We Can Do Better' before collaborating with singer-songwriter Amy Kuney aka Ames on the empowering track 'Amy's Song' which reflects on Amy's own experiences and sexuality.
