Rock out with Mitski tickets from TicketSmarter. Mitski Miyawaki is a Japanese-American singer-songwriter who spent most of her childhood moving around. Her father worked for the United States Department of State which led them to live in 13 different countries before settling in the United States. She studied music at Purchase College’s Conservatory of Music and released self-produced albums Lush and Retired from Sad, New Career in Business as student projects. Her third album Bury Me at Makeout Creek was drastically different from her first two. She left behind the classical piano for the aggressive guitar sound she’s known for today.

Lorde also brought Mitski on as an opening act for her Melodrama World Tour. Mitski’s fifth studio album, Be the Cowboy, was named album of the year by many publications including Pitchfork and Vulture. See this accomplished artist live with your Mitski tickets.
