Moenia Concert Tickets
Prepare for an EDM takeover with Moenia tickets. Popular Latin synth-pop group Moenia consists of vocalist Alfonso Pichardo, keyboardist Jorge Soto and keyboardist/programmer Alex Midi. They started playing together in high school and took part in several concerts at that time, releasing their self-titled debut album 'Moenia' in 1991 on the Polygram record label. The album was not a commercial success, and in 1993 Pichardo left the group and was replaced by Juan Carlos Lozana on vocals.
They had an opportunity to release their debut album in 1996 with Universal Latin, which they did with Lozana on vocals. The album included a re-recorded version of 'Color Melancolia' (1996) along with 'No Puedo Estar Sin Ti' and 'Dejame Entrar' which both reached the top 20 of the Billboard Latin Chart in 1997 and became club anthems. After the re-release of their album 'Moenia' in 1996, the band put out an album of remixes called 'Moenia Remix' in 1997.
The band went on tour but in 1998 Lozana left the band and Pichardo rejoined. They released the album 'Adición' in 1999 and 'Le Modular' in 2001. Whilst the former had some success, the latter was not as well received and has since gone out of production. The album 'Televisor' in 2003 led the band to gain popularity with the hit singles '¿En Qué Momento?' and 'Tú Sabes Lo Que Quiero'.
Although both singles sold well, some music video networks refused to play 'Tú Sabes Lo Que Quiero' because of the sexualized nature of the video. Moenia's highest-selling album to date, 'Stereo Hits', was released in 2004. This is a cover album of popular Latin ballads and pop tracks from the 1980s and '90s, like Duncan Dhu's 'En Algún Lugar' and Alaska y Dinarama's 'Ni Tú Ni Nadie'.
The album was so successful that the band followed it with a tour, before releasing a live album of their own songs 'Hits Live' in 2005. The following year the album 'Solar' was released, followed by 'En Electronico' in 2009, which saw the band's former frontman Lozana return to perform with them again. The band's seventh studio album 'FM' was released in 2012. In 2016 Moenia released 'Fantom', an album with a new concept for the group. The band composed original songs for the record but added clips of previously recorded tracks by other artists. The first single to be released from the album, 'Jámas!' contained material from 'No Seas Tan Cruel', a 1987 hit by the band Timbiriche. In 2019 Moenia released the single 'Sin Etiquettas'.
