In 1992, she released an EP entitled Patty Smyth, which contained the single “Sometimes Love Just Ain’t Enough.” The duet with Don Henley of the Eagles hit No. 2 on Billboard’s Hot 100. Smyth was also successful in writing songs for movie soundtracks, including “Look What Love Has Done” in the film Junior. The song was nominated for a Grammy and Academy Award. In 2004, Smyth reunited with surviving members of Scandal for a reunion tour on the East Coast and released a compilation CD. Over a decade later in 2015, Smyth produced a Christmas album called Come On December, which she used to raise money for the Headstrong Project. After all these years, she is better than ever and captures audiences with her passion and talent.
