Founded in 1999 by friends Peter Morén, John Eriksson and Björn Yttling, Peter Bjorn and John took the United Kingdom by storm in the early 2000s. While the band’s first two singles, Peter Bjorn and John and Falling Out, received marginal success, the group was propelled into international stardom in 2006 with Writer’s Block. The album secured positions in charts across multiple countries, including Belgium, Ireland, the United Kingdom and the United States.
