His prior experience working with The Doors guitarist, Robby Krieger, has led him to master their unique keyboarding skills. Drums and percussion are taken over by Todd Alan McKeague, who’s best-known for the dynamic intensity he brings to the stage. Having played lead guitar for the band for over 15 years, it’s safe to say that he’s mastered the bottleneck technique and quick finger-picking skills of The Doors. Rutledge attributes much of his talented guitar playing to the knowledge he’s acquired at the Hartt School of Music. Throughout the years, the tribute band has attracted fans from all over and now has more than 2,700 followers on Facebook. Expect to hear some of The Doors’ most successful hits, like “Roadhouse Blues”, “Hello, I Love You”, and of course, “Riders on the Storm.”
