Along the way, on this journey, the witch encounters three new friends, a frog, a dog, and a bird, each of whom finds one of the lost items and hitches a ride on the broom.  But the broom was not built for so many friends, and with five passengers it snaps.  And just as a dragon appears over the horizon. Will the five friends make it, or will the dragon make these friends its lunch? 

This performance of Room on the Broom is based on the best-selling book by writer Julia Donaldson and illustrator Axel Scheffler originally published in 2003. This book then spawned the 2013 nominated animated short film, directed by Max Lang and narrated by Simeon Pegg.  This film then morphed into the play directed by Olivia Jacobs that audiences of all ages can experience today with Room On The Broom tickets.
