The Painchaud brothers are known for being the sons of famed singer Alcide Painchaud, singer for the group Suroit. They also are known for being part of the group Okoume, which released two albums, their self-title debut in 1997 followed by Plan B in 2003. The group had several top ten hits in the late 1990s. The brothers released the album Au Nom du Pair in 2002. Guitarist Jonathan himself has released more than five albums as a soloist, the first being C’est La Vie in 2005.
