Ritual in Repeat, the third album released by Tennis, debuted in 2014 and was a critically acclaimed success. They toured in 2015 with performances in Santa Ana, California at Burger Records' Burgerama 4 festival and at the United Artists Theater in Los Angeles.
The fourth Tennis album, Yours Conditionally, debuted at No. 2 on the Vinyl Albums chart and the No. 3 on the Billboard's Alternative Albums chart in 2017. Since then, Tennis has released several hit singles, including "Runner," "How to Forgive," "No Exit" and "Superstar."
