Capital Credit Union Park broke ground in the fall of 2018 and was finished in the summer of 2019. It was designed by the architectural firm Pendulum and had a construction cost of $14 million. The field was officially open for play when the Green Bay Voyageurs FC took on the WSA Winnipeg on June 1, 2019. The Voyageurs were victorious on their new field with a nice 3-0 shutout. The stadium has many unique features including the field's fence is made of shipping containers, along with having the world's largest booyah kettle, which goes along with the baseball team's former name.
